Return Policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  Products may be returned for a refund (less the shipping charges) from within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition - that is, unused, unopened and in original packaging with tags attached and in brand-new sell-able condition along with any paperwork, manuals, or accessories. Items that are returned defaced, opened (unless defective) or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

We request that you send your shipment with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. If there is no tracking number, we cannot assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery.

We cannot accept COD's for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier.

Refunds will always be issued to the same payment method that was used for your original purchase and at the original purchase price.

Do not return items by Air Mail that are combustible - The Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.

NOTE: There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any of the following items such as cosmetics, makeup, or personal grooming products.

 Please email us at info@lifeslittleluxuries.ca prior to returning an item to ensure you are eligible. Your shipment should include inside the original packing slip, the unopened product and any other pieces that came with your order.
